Thank you for your intention to visit Henderson County Performing Arts Center at 400 Gibson Road, Athens, Texas.  Whether you are a first time visitor or a seasoned veteran, please take a moment to review these tips to ensure an enjoyable visit.

Accessibility

HCPAC offers wheelchair seating. We also provide assisted listening devices at the Main Stage Theatre. They are available for checkout at the box office.

Arrival Time

Productions begin promptly, so we encourage you to arrive at least 15 minutes early. Doors open one hour before the show and seating begins 1/2 hour before the curtain. Come early. Enjoy a beverage, the art in the gallery and great company in the lobby.

Attire

For many patrons, attending an HCPAC production is a special occasion. Attire generally varies from business casual to everyday casual. Above all, we want you to feel comfortable.

Box Office

The box office is located in the Lobby of the Main Stage and Black Box Theatres. It is open 1 hour before curtain on show days. Reservations may be made by calling 903.675.3908 or by going online to www.hcpac.org

Cameras and Recorders

The use of cameras and audio recording equipment is strictly prohibited.

Cell Phones, Pagers and Watch Alarms

Please turn off all electronic devices before the performance begins.

Food & Drinks

Refreshments are only available for purchase in the lobby before the performance and during intermission. The concessions area accepts cash only. Small bills are preferred when purchasing snacks. Food and drink may be taken into the auditoriums.

Late Seating Policy

Patrons arriving late will be seated at the first suitable pause in the performance.

Lost & Found

To inquire about a lost item, please call 903.675.3908.  Lost & Found items are removed from the property twice a year.

Patron Considerations

Please apply fragrance in moderation and refrain from talking or singing during the show.
